Bought the MW2 Stimulus Pack? Then you Get a Free Week of Xbox Live Gold

In a weird move you get a free week Xbox Live for buying the Stimulus Map Pack on Day 1 you get a free week Gold.  This is sort of nice but I think it is to apologize for problems with the game, the map pack and the price of it!

Still it is better than nothing but a month would have been a hell of a lot better!  Here is the message anyway "To thank you for your loyalty to Xbox LIVE and for buying the Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus package on day 1, we will extend your Gold membership for 7 more days of adrenaline-pumping action with your friends on LIVE. Your account will be updated by May 1."
